This position is responsible for the design, build, final testing, and overall project management of custom engineered electric and diesel powered equipment.The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years experience in the design of heavy industrial equipment.
Knowledge of pumping systems, hydraulics, piping, power transmission systems, and material specifications.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field including CAD experience.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
A strong background in direct customer contact, project management, and/or sales.

NLB Corp., an international leader in the manufacturing of high-pressure water jetting equipment, has an immediate opening for a Branch Manager at our Crown Point, Indiana Branch Rental location. The scope of this position is managing a branch office with a rental fleet of high-pressure water jetting equipment and personnel at the location.
To be considered, the qualified candidate must have experience in managing a rental fleet of construction type equipment, excellent computer skills, and management experience.
Responsibilities include:
Schedule, supervise and coordinate activities of Service Technician personnel.
Management and administration of all water jetting equipment rentals.
Interface with marketing, customer service, accounting, direct sales staff and other groups within the Company to develop strategies and achieve goals.
Help solve customer issues and ensure personnel follow through.
Inventory control
Inquiry / rental quote fulfillment
Support field sales efforts
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Ability to interact with all levels of management; work as a team member with the Sales Department and with other NLB departments and people of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to learn and understand NLBs water jetting product line and primary target markets.
Must possess the ability to grow a product line, both sales and margin.
Must have a mechanical aptitude.
Must have excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Must possess excellent team building and supervisory skills.
Must possess technical or business degree, or applicable technical/vocational training and experience.

| CNC LATHE OR CNC MAZAK INTERGREX OPERATORS NIGHT SHIFT |
NLB Corp., a long established and growing manufacturer of high-pressure water jetting equipment, has an opening for a full-time night shift CNC Lathe Operator, and two openings for full-time night shift CNC Mazak Integrex Operators at our Wixom, MI headquarters.
Relocation assistance included based on distance from Wixom, Michigan and machining experience.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION CNC LATHE OPERATOR:
Must have 2-5+ years Lathe with live tooling experience.
Must have 2+ years programming experience.
Must have 2-5+ years small to large diameter drilling and boring.
Must have 2-5+ years milling drilling with live tooling.
Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to operate and program.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION CNC MAZAK INTEGREX OPERATORS:
Must have 2-5 years CNC Mazak Integrex experience, preferably Integrex 2001V with Fusion control.
Integrex 200 ST Matrix with lower turret a plus.
Must have a minimum High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to operate and program Mazak Integrex.
These positions are responsible for setting-up, programming, and operating a Mazak Integrex.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS ALL CNC OPERATORS:
Ability to read tooling print.
Ability to read measuring tools (Micrometers, Calipers, etc).
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including training on day shift.
Must be able to start workweek on Sunday evenings.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime as necessary including Sunday through Friday nights.
Must pass pre-employment physical including drug screen.
A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.

| EQUIPMENT MECHANIC/SERVICE TECHNICIAN |
| NLB Corp., a long established and growing manufacturer of high-pressure water jetting equipment, has a day shift opening for an experienced Service Technician at our Crown Point, IN Branch location. Position requires a strong mechanical background, excellent customer service attitude and preferably experience with water blast pumps. The Service Departments ultimate goal is to provide NLB and its customers with world-class service.
Requirements for Service Technician:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in the troubleshooting and repair of diesel engines and or pumps.
Responsible for repair and maintenance of high-pressure pumps and equipment in our varied product line.
Experience in hydraulics preferred.
Must use mechanical knowledge, while following NLB procedures to build and test NLB equipment as assigned.
Must be able to debug problems during start up and operating using mechanical knowledge.
Must excel in customer relations.
Must be willing/able to work mandatory overtime including after hours and weekends as required.
Must be willing/able to travel domestically overnight on short notice to perform service duties at customer sites.
Must have a valid Indiana Operators license and a good driving record (insurable) to be able to perform the job.
Must have your own hand tools.
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to stand for an entire shift.
A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.
Must pass a pre-employment physical including drug screen.
