If you need to remove burrs from metal parts, or flash from plastic moldings, high-pressure water jetting does it quickly and cleanly.

Deburring and deflashing is usually performed in a custom cabinet. These are also ideal for parts stripping and degreasing, chip removal, descaling hot forgings, and many more applications.

	NLB offers custom cabinets for applications such as plastic parts deflashing. This customer deflashes 100,000 parts daily.

	After machining, parts as large as locomotive engine blocks can be cleaned or deburred by NLB water jet systems.
