1. Payment:

a) Complete a Credit Application with all information (Click here)

b) First time customers must pay the first month's rent plus a security deposit.

2. Training:

Complete the NLB training program for the pump/equipment that you are going to rent or provide certification that you have operated the equipment before.

3. Certificate of Insurance:

Supply a certificate of insurance naming NLB as additionally insured with required coverage. We require property coverage as well as liability coverage.

• Delivery by our truck is available, at a charge of $1.00 per mile. All deliveries by our truck will be quoted prior to rental.



• Delivery out of the local area can be handled by trucking companies and are quoted prior to rental.

• A 3/4 or 1 ton truck is required.

• Our machines come with a 2" or 2 5/16" ball hitch or a pintle hitch standard. Please consult with the rental location before you leave to pick-up the equipment.



• Trailer lights have round 6-pin connectors. Adapters are the responsibility of the customer.



• All trailers have electronic brakes.



• Trucks must be equipped with a brake actuator unit.

• We rent to contractors, municipal or industrial end users only.



• Any special permits are the responsibility of the renter.

Yes, we do send machines to offshore platforms and aboard ships.

• Yes, we have rented equipment worldwide.



• We have extensive experience in export and container freight forwarding. If you need to arrange shipment of the equipment out of the continental U.S., please contact us well before the date of rental.

• Credit approval or required payment in advance by credit card or check until credit is approved.



• Credit accounts are due and payable in Net 30 days. 45 days is past due, 60 days is credit hold and 90 days is collection.
