NLB rigid lance systems are designed to clean tubes as long as 20′ (6.1 m), and can be customized for longer tubes. They can be configured to use rotating or non-rotating lances at 10,000, 20,000 or even 40,000 psi (700, 1,400 or 2,800 bar).
Systems can be hydraulically or pneumatically powered, and are built primarily of heavy-gauge aluminum to resist corrosion. They can be ordered with a handy controls stand or with wireless controls.
