The Opportunity:

Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Darlington

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Overtime: Available at time-and-a-half on Saturdays, Double Time on Sundays and Bank Holidays

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our Darlington team helping the rental and service side of our business excel. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems with precision and efficiency.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and high-pressure waterjet systems and accessories.
• Run, demonstrate, and train our customers on the safe and effective use of high-pressure pumps and accessories.
• Travel to customer locations to provide on-site repairs, service, and support.
• Participate in OEM training at our US-based facility, and supplier partner facilities to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

 What We’re Looking For:

We would like an individual with an understanding of the industrial services industry and/or high-pressure pumps, but this by no means a showstopper. The ideal candidate will possess.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, with preferred experience in diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• A customer-first attitude, dedicated to providing exceptional service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
