Hose Rotators

Rotating high-pressure hose systems maximizes your water jet force for pipe cleaning, making it easier to navigate tight bends. Since manual rotation puts a strain on operators, NLB offers three systems to do it automatically.

The Roto-Reel® 200 and 500 are skid-mounted systems with the hose capacity for big jobs. Our RHD (Rotary Hose Device) is portable, for smaller jobs. Roto-Reel systems are available at 10,000 or 20,000 psi (700 or 1,400 bar); the RHD at 12,000 or 20,000 psi (840 or 1,400 bar).
