Viper™ 40 heads give you all the advantages of our rotating Spin-Nozzle® for applications requiring pressures up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar). The powerful combination of ultra-high pressure and a broader spray path means even greater productivity for many jobs.
Viper 40 heads attach to any NLB 286 Series lance and are precision-machined of stainless steel. A round body and flush-mounted nozzles protect against nozzle strikes.
Three heads are available. Most applications will use the SRH40-77, whose nozzles are mounted at 0°. For wider coverage, choose the SRH40-77-15 (nozzles at a 15° angle) or the SRH40-77-7.5 (7.5° angle).

Two BN10095-20 nozzles are recommended for pumps operating at 40,000 psi and 6 gpm (2,800 bar, 23 lpm). Using larger nozzles may improve productivity for some applications, but can keep your system from reaching its maximum pressure. We are always happy to consult about pressure and flow combinations.
