Hose Rotators

Rotating high-pressure hose systems maximizes your water jet force for pipe cleaning, making it easier to navigate tight bends. Since manual rotation puts a strain on operators, NLB offers three systems to do it automatically.

The RotoReel® 500 is a skid-mounted system with a hose capacity for big jobs. Our RHD (Rotary Hose Device) is portable, for smaller jobs. RotoReel systems are available at 10,000 or 20,000 psi (700 or 1,400 bar); the RHD at 12,000 or 20,000 psi (830 or 1,400 bar).
