For our 0° applications, NLB offers the BN11XX nozzle insert, designed to work with a nozzle holder rather than threading directly like standard nozzles. This insert is a key component in many of NLB’s most popular accessories, including the Viper 24 and Viper 40 Spin-Nozzle® heads, the NLB3750 series of 3D tools, and the NCG8450 UHP rotating lances.
The BN11XX features a precision-engineered carbide orifice that stabilizes water flow before it exits, producing a tightly focused and cohesive jet. This design maximizes impact force and extends effective range, delivering optimal performance for demanding applications.
The tables below will help you identify the one you need and to request a quote. Use the first table for pressures from 1,000 psi to 10,000 psi (70 bar to 700 bar), and the second for pressures from 11,000 psi to 20,000 psi (770 bar to 1,400 bar).
First, find the column heading with your desired operating pressure (it’s shown in English and metric) and read down to your desired flow. Then move LEFT to the Insert column at the beginning of the row to find the insert number. You’ll find an Add to Quote button on the right side of that row to request a quote for that insert.
Example: If you want to use 7,000 psi (490 bar) pressure with flow of 5.3 gpm (20.06 lpm), first find the column headed 7,000 (490). Then go down to the box that says 5.3 (20.06). Reading LEFT across to the Insert column at the beginning of that row, you’ll find the number BN1121.
