PROGRAMMER/APPLICATIONS SYSTEMS ANALYST

NLB Corp. has an immediate need for a day shift Programmer/Applications Systems Analyst
located at our Wixom, MI headquarters. This position is responsible for a variety of activities including daily support of internal customers, hardware/software support/upgrades and installations, application training, as well as miscellaneous programming assignments. Will also be key player in Enterprise Software Support, Implementation and training.
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:
Experience & Skill Requirements:
A. Computer Skills Required:
• INFOR Syteline ERP forms and tables, MONGOOSE UI, Optional – INFOR PLM Discrete, Optional – INFOR CRM
• Other ERP Accounting/Manufacturing experience would be helpful
• Knowledgeable in programming primarily in SQL, T-SQL, Visual Basic, .Net, Java, Perl, C++, C#, Business objects, INFOR Module customization / enhancements
• Networking/Communications (LAN/WAN) and maintain system engineering;
• MS Office Versions 2010 to current release for applications MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Exchange Server 2010. Also to include Citrix XENAPP/Receiver, VMWare, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Captaris Right Fax (Server/Client), Loftware Label Software, SAGE FAS, Autodesk Inventor, various Internet Browsers and a various of other server and desktop application.
• MS IIS Manager, Tomcat
B. Programming Skills Required:
• SQL (MS SQL Server 2000 to present release), VBA, .NET, VBA, HTML5, INFOR Mongoose, XML, C++, Java, Perl, Access DB, Excel 5 Macros.
• MS IIS, Tom Cat
C. Hardware/Software Upgrade & Installations
• Setup/Configure/Network PC’s/MAC to Corporate Standard as required
• Perform Software installations and upgrade as required
• Install/Network Printers and other Networked Devices with necessary drivers
• Provide routine maintenance on current hardware (PC/MAC/Thin client/Network Switches/Printers/Scanners/Bulletin Board)
D. Internal Customer Support
• Provide general End User Help Desk Support
• Desktop application and peripheral support, Operating System support for the latest Microsoft OS versions & MAC OS versions
• ERP/PLM/CRM/Autodesk Solution troubleshooting
• Configure/Troubleshoot Cellular Phone/Tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android)
E. Application Training
• Provide application training as required
• Develop standardized, document application training programs
A continuous pattern of regular and prompt attendance is required.
Must pass a pre-employment physical including drug screen.
