This new technology, exclusively available from NLB, disengages the pump from the engine immediately cutting off the flow of water. And it can be remotely controlled when paired with the new Esync™ line of wireless or wired tooling, putting the operator far away from the water jetting worksite.

Esync™ Wireless Technology.
NLB’s exclusive Esync™ system is a major step forward in water jet technology, dramatically improving operator safety and convenience while almost eliminating wasted water. The core of this advanced technology is our clutch system — the NLB E-Clutch™ — that lets the operator of an NLB water jetting unit immediately stop the flow of high-pressure water. The E-Clutch actually disengages the pump from the engine, completely eliminating the need for a dump valve — cutting cost, complexity and risk to the operator.
Combining an E-Clutch with Esync accessory tools, all wirelessly connected, allows an operator remote water jetting control. These tools include a specially-configured NLB hand lance, foot control, and a hand-held control pendant. From up to 600 feet away, all accessories command the engine to reduce the RPM then disengage the clutch, or increase the RPM then engage it. Every accessory uses a lithium Ion battery that has 32 hours life of continuous use (900 MHz) with a 6-8 hour re-charge time. Wireless accessories can also be run by wire if the operator forgets a charger or a spare battery. When wired, the battery will self-charge during use.
Incorporating Esync Technology into your E-Clutch unit couldn’t be easier. All E-Clutch units are equipped with a second control box that’s pre-drilled and pre-wired for your Esync receiver. Simply mount the receiver and turn it on. With the flip of a switch, you’ll be able to link your accessory, then you’re ready to go!
