The BM19048 is the heavy hitter in NLB’s line of nozzle inserts, built for high-flow, high-horsepower applications such as hydrodemolition and demanding 3D nozzle cleaning. Unlike standard nozzles, which operate as a single unit, nozzle inserts are specialized components designed to fit inside a nozzle holder. Nozzle holders secure them in place, and are a key part of many of NLB’s most powerful accessories.
This particular insert is designed for use in a 0° spray pattern, delivering a focused, high-impact stream ideal for aggressive material removal where precision and power are critical. Whether you’re breaking concrete or flushing out heavy deposits, the BM19048 delivers the performance needed for the toughest jobs.
To find the correct nozzle for your application, first find the column heading with your desired operating pressure. There are four choices (shown in English and metric). Read down to your desired flow. Then, move LEFT to the Part Number column at the beginning of the row and click on the Add to Quote button within that row.
EXAMPLE: If you want to use 10,000 psi (700 bar) pressure with flow of 1.1 gpm (4.16 lpm), first find the column headed 10,000 (700). Then go down to the box that says 1.1 (4.16). Reading across to the Part No. column near the beginning of that row, you’ll find the number 0.50. This completes the part number (e.g., BN19048-0.50) of the nozzle insert we will quote when you click on the Add to Quote button.
