The RotoReel® 500 is a rotating hose reel that provides an efficient and effective way to clean industrial pipes and sewer systems. The hydraulically powered reel allows operators to easily feed high-pressure hose in and out of pipes at a rate of 40 feet per minute (12 MPM), eliminating the physical strain of pulling hose under high pressure. Additionally, not only does the RotoReel spool the hose, but the reel also rotates 360° at 30 rpm, causing the nozzle to travel the inner diameter of the pipe. The rotation improves cleaning coverage, while also easily navigating the nozzle around tight bends and curves. When coupled with an NLB line mole nozzle, the RotoReel® 500 is the ideal system for hard-to-clean pipes.
The RotoReel is rated for operating pressures up to 20,000 psi (1,380 bar) and is capable of handling up to 500 ft. (152 m) of 1″ (25 mm) diameter hose. The hydraulic system is powered by a 23 hp (17 kw) diesel engine. Skid-mounted and trailer-mounted systems are available.
