When work must be performed away from the pump unit, NLB system valves give operators safe, convenient control of high-pressure water flow—without the need to return to the pump to shut it down.
Dump valves instantly divert up to 95% of high-pressure water to dump, reducing system pressure to near zero at the point of use. When not actuated, water flows freely through the valve with minimal restriction. For applications requiring 100% shutoff or for systems supplying multiple workstations simultaneously, directional valves are recommended.
NLB system valves are available for pressures up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar) and flow rates from 10 to 80 gpm (38 to 303 lpm). Actuation options include air, hydraulic, or air-over-electric, with additional configurations such as explosion-proof designs and proximity switch feedback to meet demanding jobsite requirements.
