Abrasive Pipe Cutter

NLB high-pressure water jet abrasive cutting systems cut metals, concrete, composites, and many other hard materials. At pressures up to 40,000 psi (2,800 bar), they can even slice through thick concrete with rebar and cut through petrochemical storage tanks! The complete package features a variety of NLB accessories to harness the system’s powerful force and the cutting head’s speed. For pipe cutting in particular the Abrasive Pipe Cutter, 20K-APC-1, is the star of the system. The Abrasive Pipe Cutter can crawl the pipe using an adjustable chain that guides the hydraulically driven head around the pipe.

The system includes a crawling device to move the abrasive cutting head, a hydraulic power pack with controls, all the required hoses and fittings, and a convenient toolbox to store the equipment in.
