The NLB BN27289 nozzle inserts are designed to deliver exceptional longevity and maximum cleaning power. With an engineered flow path, these inserts produce a highly cohesive jet stream, ensuring superior impact force and efficiency in demanding waterjetting applications.

Each insert features a precision sapphire orifice for extended wear resistance and is custom-sized to meet the specific requirements of your job. The 9/16-18 UNF thread allows for direct installation into compatible waterjetting tools.

Ideal for ultra-high pressure (UHP) work, the BN27289 is the go-to choice for professionals who need reliable, consistent performance under extreme conditions.

The tables below will help you identify the one you need and to request a quote. Use the first table for pressures from 20,000 psi to 32,000 psi (1,400 bar to 2,210 bar), and the second for pressures from 33,000 psi to 40,000 psi (2,280 bar to 2,800 bar).

Find the right nozzle insert

First, find the column heading with your desired operating pressure (it’s shown in English and metric) and read down to your desired flow. Then move LEFT to the Part Number column at the beginning of the row and click on the Add to Quote button in that row.

Example: If you want to use 24,000 psi (1,650 bar) pressure with flow of 0.40 gpm (1.51 lpm), first find the column headed 24,000 (1,650). Then go down to the box that says 0.40 (1.51). Reading across to the Part Number column at the beginning of that row, you’ll find the number -11. This completes the part number (e.g., BN3539-11) of the nozzle we will quote when you click on the Add to Quote button.
