Metering discs are used inside the abrasive hopper to control how much abrasive is released. The chart below shows the different disc sizes available, along with average flow rates for popular abrasive types.
NLB offers a complete metering kit (part number DM5820-05) that includes all eleven disc sizes listed. This kit comes standard with NLB-300-AC and NLB-600-AC abrasive hoppers.
