At the heart of our water jetting systems for reusable tanks, totes, and drum cleaning are high-pressure pumps, capable of generating up to 40,000 psi, and 3D rotating heads that precisely direct the water jet. NLB offers a variety of pumps (diesel or electric) and 3D heads, providing different flow rates, and pressures, that utilize different water temperatures. As the 3D head rotates horizontally, the high-velocity nozzles are driven by the reaction force of the water to spin vertically, ensuring full interior surface coverage.
