NLB Flex Lance Guards are designed to enhance operator safety and control during tube cleaning applications. Each guard consists of three key components: a set of stops, an inner diffuser, and an outer handle. The flex lance is threaded through the handle and diffuser, followed by the installation of a stop. The inner diffuser is then screwed into the outer handle, creating a secure, easy-to-grip assembly.
This design allows the operator to safely position the lance in front of the tube while shielding their hands from high-pressure water. The diffuser and handle act as a barrier, preventing spray from contacting the operator, while the stop ensures the nozzle cannot be fully pulled out of the handle.
Two models are available:
Both models include stops compatible with flex lances that have outer diameters of 0.320″ (8.1 mm), 0.450″ (11.4 mm), and 0.515″ (13.1 mm).
