A new, lighter-weight foot control simplifies the operation of semi-automated equipment and other NLB accessories. The foot control works as a momentary switch for the E-Clutch, – keep your foot on the pedal to keep the pump engaged. Release the pedal, and the E-Clutch disengages the pump from the engine, making this a true dry shut-off system. All the water you need, when and where you need it, and not a drop when you don’t.
Wireless connection to the pump unit means there’s no high-pressure water line near the operator’s foot, and no need for additional connections to the pump on the job site. The design is focused around safety; It includes a safety latch, and two potted micro-switches (wired in series) so that if one sticks closed you still have the second as a backup. A hard stop has been incorporated to ensure the switch components are protected when there is too much force on the pedal.
