Stingers prevent a nozzle from reversing in the tube or pipe and exiting toward the operator. A stinger should be at least the same length as the tube or pipe diameter. For example, cleaning out an 8 (20 cm) pipe would require at least an 8 (20 cm) stinger. NLB stocks a number of lengths of styles for the most popular applications, but can make any customer stinger you may need.
