NLB’s 20,000 psi (1,400 bar) TE evaporator nozzles are engineered for high-performance pipe and tube cleaning applications. Manufactured from durable stainless steel, these nozzles are built to withstand demanding industrial environments while delivering consistent, reliable results.
The TE series is designed to accommodate multiple forward and side-facing jet configurations for effective debris removal. A rear ridge design supports a high number of backward-facing orifices, generating strong pulling force to propel the nozzle efficiently through heavily fouled tubes.
To maximize performance, we offer a wide selection of pre-drilled nozzles featuring optimized drilling patterns and flow rates tailored to common cleaning applications.
TE models are equipped with female UNF threads for secure attachment to flexible or rigid lances with male UNF threads, available in both right-hand and left-hand configurations.

Flex lances are offered with abrasion or kink-resistant hoses for easy, high-pressure pipe and tube cleaning.
