The NLB 15,000 psi (1,000 bar) TR style pipe and tube cleaning nozzles are made from stainless steel and come in various models to maximize performance. Each has been designed with optimized drilling patterns and flow rates. The TR models feature male UNF threads to attach to flexible and rigid lances with female UNF threads, and a slimline design that facilitates their movement through pipes and tubes.
These TR nozzles are designed so that the O.D. of the nozzle matches the O.D. of the lance. They also feature wrench flats for ease of installation. In addition to the stocked pre-drilled nozzles which are available immediately, we can also custom design and drill nozzles to match your exact needs.
