The NLB StarJet® SRV-2 brings the power and features of our highway-sized SRV-7 to a smaller, more maneuverable package for pavement marking or runway rubber removal. Designed for demanding surface preparation tasks, it combines cutting-edge technology with operator-friendly features to deliver exceptional results.
At the heart of the SRV-2 is the robust NLB 225 Series pump, producing 40,000 psi of water pressure at up to 10 gallons per minute. This system features the exclusive HydraFlex™ closed-loop hydrostatic drive, ensuring dry shut-off with reduced heat, noise, and wear while also powering the vacuum and creep drive—eliminating the need for a secondary engine.
The SRV-2’s front-mounted, articulating SpinJet® arm efficiently removes runway rubber, pavement markings, and concrete seals at speeds ranging from 10 to 400 feet per minute. Operators enjoy excellent visibility from the cab, where all functions are easily controlled.
Customizable SpinJet heads provide flexibility with two cleaning path options: the standard 10″ (15″ enclosure) or the optional 24″ (30″ enclosure). Swapping heads is quick and easy, taking less than 10 minutes by disconnecting the hydraulics and vacuum system (1,000 CFM at 5–6″ Hg) and replacing the pins.
Built for productivity, the SRV-2 features a 1,400-gallon onboard water supply and a 1,035-gallon debris tank with a 30° dump angle, supporting up to two hours of continuous operation. The system is mounted on a mid-size truck (30 feet standard length) but can also be skid-mounted for compatibility with various international chassis options.
