NLB’s dry shut-off guns are used in conjunction with an unloader valve to allow the operator to completely stop the flow of water at the job site. Traditional dump style lances continue to output water even when the system is not pressurized. This water exits the dump port at low pressure. A system utilizing an NSG lance and an unloader valve allows the operator to dump the water at a remote site, eliminating excess water at job sites that are water sensitive.
There are three models available. Please refer to the following chart for specific details on each. All three can easily be rebuilt with the referenced rebuild kit.

Use with a 10,000 psi (700 bar) shut-off style lance to dump pressure. UL-452 is for flows up to 25 gpm (95 lpm); UL-904 for flows up to 50 gpm (190 lpm).
Turn an ordinary high-pressure lance into a superior water jetting tool by adding two rotating jets to the front of it.
Whip Hoses help protect hand lance operators from potentially dangerous hose failures.
