NLB’s versatile HydroPrep® system offers the most efficient solution for removing tough coatings like paint, epoxies, and scale, as well as other stubborn adherents. Paired with our rugged high-pressure water jet pump units, our automated and semi-automated accessories ensure surfaces are left undamaged and ready for recoating. For metal surfaces, the system delivers a “white metal” finish that meets NACE, SSPC, and SIS standards, while concrete remains intact and primed for further applications.

Using ultra-high pressure water (up to 40,000 psi or 2,800 bar), the HydroPrep® system matches the productivity of grit blasting without the associated costs, environmental risks, fire hazards, or extensive cleanup requirements.

To enhance efficiency and maintain a clean work environment, NLB’s vacuum recovery systems effectively collect and contain water during operations. For large-scale projects, the BM35294 Vacuum Recovery System offers a heavy-duty solution with a 1,000-gallon debris tank. For smaller, more portable applications, the VPU-1000 provides a lightweight, mobile vacuum recovery option, perfectly suited for use with the HydroPrep® line of water jet surface preparation tools.
