A new, lighter-weight foot control makes operating NLB semi-automated equipment and accessories easier, safer, and more efficient. Acting as a momentary switch for the eClutch, it gives operators full control of the pump — press to engage, release to disengage — delivering water exactly when and where it’s needed, with a true dry shut-off to eliminate wasted flow.
With wireless connectivity, operators can work up to 500 ft* away in open areas (about 250 ft* with obstacles), no line of sight required. The system integrates seamlessly with NLB’s automated and semi-automated tools, while eSync adds another layer of safety by allowing a supervisor to instantly stop water flow if needed.
Designed with safety at its core, the foot control eliminates high-pressure water lines near the operator’s foot and removes the need for extra pump connections at the job site. It also features a built-in safety latch, dual potted micro-switches (wired in series), and a hard stop to protect switch components under excessive force.*Range subject to environmental signal interference.
