NLB Corp has moved its main customer repair center to its Novi, Michigan facility effective March 6, 2017. All customer repair activities for the Michigan servicing region will now be conducted at this location. The new service center provides a larger facility with more service bays, dedicated repair parts inventory and convenient access to major interstate freeways. The facility’s large yard is more semi-truck access friendly with easier drop off and pickups for our customers. In addition, the expansion allows for more service technicians, an increase in servicing volume and faster service turn around. NLB service facilities in each of our five regional offices will continue to service customers in their respective market coverage areas.
