NLB has introduced two new TyphoonTM 10 self- rotating nozzles that clean pipes and tubes as small as 1/2 in diameter.
The RPN1506 operates at pressures up to 15,000 psi and the RPN2006 at up to 20,000 psi. Both rotate at 7,000 rpm with a maximum flow of 6 gpm.
Like other Typhoon nozzles, these new nozzles are precision-machined and coated with titanium nitride for long life. You can order them with cutting/cleaning or polishing heads, or with a universal head that serves both purposes.
With the RPN2006 and RPN1506, theTyphoon 10 series expands to seven offerings, including two that operate at higher pressures: the RPN2410, rated at 24,000 psi, and the RPN4009 at 40,000 psi. For larger pipes, NLB also offers the Typhoon 20 and Typhoon 60 nozzles.
