NLB automated shellside cleaners move nozzles robotically from one end of a tube bundle to another to blast away hardened deposits. The maximum operating pressure is 10,000 psi (700 bar).
The model is trailer-mounted with a hydraulic crane to position the water jet head over the bundle. Hydraulically-operated rollers turn the bundle to ensure complete cleaning and simplify loading and unloading.
This trailer-mounted system cleans tube bundles quickly and efficiently using wireless controls that let the operator stay outside of the work area.
