NLB’s Micro-ARM™ MK II maximizes the benefits of the original — remote operation of automated water jets in a compact unit — with greater reach and agility, longer battery life, and more tooling options. Our latest Automated Remote Manipulator gives you double the boom swing with a new arm that’s 8 inches longer and rotates 180° at the elbow. Electric actuators provide unmatched agility, and “cruise control” programming lets the operator set a task to repeat as often as necessary.
Like the original Micro-ARM, the MK II comes in 20,000 psi and 40,000 psi models, with the same flow options and wireless controls. But it features a cleaner, simpler design that simplifies maintenance as well as operation, a high-capacity lithium battery, and a sensor on the remote control to prevent accidental actuation.
This is a compact, rugged unit that enhances job flexibility, compatible with NLB’s self-rotating 40,000 psi SpinJet® nozzles as well as Spin-Nozzle® heads and other specialized tools. And with all these new features, the Micro-ARM MK II is just one inch wider than the original Micro-ARM… so it can work in the same tight spaces.
