The NLB BN27289 nozzle inserts provide the ultimate in long life while supplying a high cohesive jet with an engineered flow path for superior impact force. The nozzles utilize a 9/16-18-UNF thread in order to be installed directly into your waterjetting tool. These nozzles feature a sapphire orifice and are custom-sized to suit your application. The tables below will help you identify the one you need and request a quote. Use the first table for pressures from 20,000 psi to 32,000 psi (1,400 bar to 2,210 bar), and the second for pressures from 33,000 psi to 40,000 psi (2,280 bar to 2,800 bar).

First, find the column heading with your desired operating pressure (it’s shown in English and metric) and read down to your desired flow. Then move LEFT to the Part No. column at the beginning of the row and click on the “Request a Quote” button next to it.

Example: If you want to use 24,000 psi (1,650 bar) pressure with flow of 0.40gpm (1.51lpm), first find the column headed 24,000 (1,650). Then go down to the box that says 0.40 (1.51). Reading across to the Part No. column near the beginning of that row, you’ll find the number -11. This completes the part number (e.g., BN3539-11) of the nozzle we will quote when you click on the “Request a Quote” button.
