Shellside Cleaning System
High-pressure water jetting brings the same benefits to exterior heat exchanger cleaning as it does to tube lancing. NLB’s automated Shellside Cleaner moves nozzles robotically from one end of a tube bundle to another to blast away hardened deposits. The SSC9500 Shellside Cleaning System, also known as the ShellJet®, is a trailer-mounted system featuring wireless controls that lets the operator stay outside of the work/water blasting area. The articulating SpinJet® head, attached to a knuckle-style crane arm, minimizes bundle rotation. Two 100,000 lb. capacity, elevated rollers are standard.
